New Pilates Blog: First post coming soon!

We're starting a new blog! (and yes, technically this is the first blog post - but I'm thinking of it more as a teaser trailer, so I'm not counting it! 😊)


Many of our clients are interested in their Pilates practice at a deeper level than just learning to do the movements. I've had some fantastic and interesting conversations with you all over the last few months. So much so that it's inspired me to start this blog. This will give everyone the opportunity to benefit from the thoughtful questions I've been getting and the valuable conversations they've prompted.


What can you expect from our new blog?

The new blog will be wide reaching and will aim to share useful and thought provoking content about Pilates, but will occasionally stray into more general health and wellbeing too. The frequency will probably loosely be about twice a month.


Here you can expect to find:

  • Information about Pilates practice - what is Pilates, the history, how its changed and developed over the years.

  • Tips and tricks to help you get the most from your practice.

  • Ideas for at-home practice to tackle common issues.

  • Behind the scenes glimpses into studio life.

  • Updates from the studio.

  • Real life client case studies.

  • And much, much more!
