1:1 & 2:1 Sessions
We offer a variety of payment plans to suit all budgets. Pay as you go options offer the most flexibility, while our session pack and regular weekly session options are designed to encourage consistency, which is key to seeing lasting results.

Regular Weekly 1:1 Sessions

What do you get?
Each week you'll get a 1 hour private session, held in our beautiful and spacious studio. We provide all the equipment, and tailor each session to you and your goals. We'll periodically review your progress against your goals to ensure we continue to build on the progress you've made.
​
Through consistent practice you'll begin to notice positive changes to your flexibility, mobility, balance, coordination, posture, strength, core strength and much more - you'll move better, feel better and thrive!

Membership options
​1 x 1 hour 1:1 (1 person) session per week
​£196.00 per month (equivalent to £50 per session)​
​
2 x 1 hour 1:1 (1 person) sessions per week
£352.00 per month (equivalent to £45 per session)

Plan details
​This option includes one 1-hour session each week, providing consistent support and accountability to help you reach your fitness goals.​
​

Includes 47 working weeks per year (Studio closed for 5 weeks each year).

Choose a regular slot each week, or pick a time from our appointment availability calendar to suit your schedule each week.

Miss a session? Make it up within the same month or the next, but unused credits don’t carry over beyond that.

Requires an initial commitment of 4 billing cycles after which it reverts to a rolling monthly plan.

After your initial 4 months, cancel your membership anytime with 2 weeks' notice before the next billing cycle.

Payment is taken via direct debit on the 1st of each month.
Class booking, cancellation and rescheduling
Sessions can be booked up to 24 hours in advance, allowing your instructor to prepare effectively for your session.​Cancel or reschedule a session up to 12 hours before it starts to avoid using a session credit. ​​Our full Cancellation Policy can be found here.
