Cancellation Policy

1. Introductions - Cancellations Made Simple
We know life happens! Here’s how our cancellations work so it’s easy for everyone.
2. Group Classes

Cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before class to keep your payment or credit.

After that, the class is non-refundable and your credit/payment will be used.
3. Private 1:1 or 2:1 Sessions

You can cancel or reschedule your private 1:1 or 2:1 sessions up to 24 hours before your session starts for a full refund (if you've paid a drop in rate) or to retain your session credit (if paid using a pay-monthly plan or pack of session credits).

After that, the session is non-refundable and your credit/payment will be used.
4. Class/Session Packs

All Class/Session Packs are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Any unused credits after this time will be lost.

If you have concerns about using your credits before they expire, please get in touch so we can discuss your options.

Use of Class/Session credits are subject to the cancellation terms as listed above.
5. Pay Monthly Memberships

A 4-month (4 billing cycles) minimum term applies for all pay-monthly memberships (both for group classes or Private Sessions).

After the initial term, you can cancel you pay-monthly membership with at least 2 weeks’ notice before the start of the next billing cycle (the 1st of the month.

Payments are taken on the 1st of each month by direct debit.

If you start mid-month a pro rata amount will be deducted for the first billing cycle. After that the full amount will be taken on the 1st of the following month.

6. Cancellations by Thrive Pilates

While we make every effort to run all scheduled classes, we reserve the right to cancel a class up within 12 hours of the start time if there are insufficient bookings to run the session effectively. This decision will not be taken lightly and will only be made when absolutely necessary.

If a class is cancelled by Thrive Pilates, all affected clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to another class.
7. Your Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and where appropriate, we will notify you via email.
