Join us on a Saturday morning for a relaxed and uplifting Pilates Brunch Social. Enjoy a one-hour energising Pilates class followed by a delicious brunch at the studio - a chance to chat, connect, and get to know others in the Thrive Pilates community.

Join us for a relaxed and uplifting Pilates Brunch​

Join us for a morning of movement, connection, and delicious food at our first Pilates Brunch event!

Arrive from 9:30 onwards for a tea or coffee at the studio and to begin to get to know the others in the group. 

 

At 10am, we'll start with a 1-hour energising Pilates class, designed to help you move, stretch, and reset.

 

After class, at about 11am, stay and enjoy a beautifully prepared seasonal brunch by local private chef Ella at Girls Who Dine, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients, juices, smoothies, pastries, and a tempting selection of sweet and savoury dishes. There’ll also be plenty of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate to linger over as you chat and unwind. 

This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the friendly faces you move alongside each week - or bring a friend and share the experience together.

Dietary Requirements:

We can adapt the menus as necessary to cater for your dietary requirements. Injuries or health conditions:

Girls Who Dine

Ella, Founder of Girls Who Dine, is a local private event and retreat chef. Her love for food started at home, surrounded by the incredible women in her family.  Ella specialises in seasonal menus, locally sourced produce, and dishes that are free from ultra-processed ingredients - proof that food can be both nourishing and indulgent.  Check out her Instagram page for more information about her work and to get in touch with her.
